My primary area is San Diego County and in north coastal San Diego County where I live.   I am comfortable working in many counties

with which I am familiar, places where I have lived or where family and friends live.   I have lived and also own property in Mammoth Lakes (Eastern Sierra Nevada Mountains), and I own rural acreage in the wine district of the Red Hills AVA in Lake County (north of Napa County and Sonoma County).
