As a former business executive and legal counsel to a
number of high technology ventures in San Diego, Buyers and sellers both
benefit from my experience in the negotiating, structuring and closing of
complex transactions ranging in value from the tens of millions to well in
excess of a hundred million dollars.



With a Bachelors of Engineering degree from The City College of New York,
a Juris Doctor degree (cum laude) from New York Law School, and an M.B.A.
degree (with distinction) from New York University. I am in a better position
to identify issues and protect client's interests than most other agents.

 As a resident of North San Diego County for more than 25
years, I also bring you an extensive knowledge of the area, its
communities and home values. 

 In a nutshell, I am not your ordinary real estate agent, and

On a personal note, I currently live in the North Coastal San

Foundation for Learning 'RISE' program (Realtors® In Support of
Education).
