Anthony Falette was born, raised and currently resides in beautiful Encinitas, California. His San Diego roots span three generations, making him an expert in the area.

Anthony has spent the last decade and a half mastering the art of direct communication through his experience as a USA hockey referee and logistics account executive— skills critical to negotiating the best deal for his clients. From Japan to Russia, this work took him all around the globe, but he ultimately found his way back to San Diego, following in the footsteps of his father, who has been in real estate for over 40 years. His business is built on the values of transparency, open communication and hustle to go above and beyond.

Anthony’s passion for San Diego homes and architecture extends beyond real estate. He is the sole owner of Get Lit Seasonal Lighting, a custom seasonal lighting installation business that gives him a unique perspective of the market, and offers a generous professional network he can tap into for his clients. As a seasoned business owner, his attention to detail, tenacity, and self-motivation enables him to be a true asset for prospective buyers and sellers.

Anthony loves the perfect weather, excellent restaurant scene and endless activities that San Diego provides. His curiosity and passion lends itself to hobbies such as sailing, surfing, gardening and even making his own wine.
