"The process of purchasing a home can be very emotionally frustrating and confusing. Especially with the way the market is today (summer 2023). With so little inventory and such high interest rates, you have to be aggressive to even get an offer in. However, we found our homebuying experience to be fun exciting, and super educational all because we entered into this journey with our realtor Sonny Ton. My husband and I started to get serious in our search for a forever home in July. We connected with Sonny and he took the time and asked the right questions. "I first reached out to Sonny right a few days before Christmas after seeing a home I was interested in on Redfin. Although nobody should expect anyone to respond so quickly during the holidays Sonny moved quickly to show me the home that same evening. Sonny walked me through the home-buying process that same evening and took the time to understand what I was looking for.
