Lumbattis & Associates was formed in 2018 as Lauren saw a need for effective systems to ensure the home buying process was not only an easy experience, but a good one as well. As a mother of three, an 8yr old stepson, a 2 yr old son an another 3 month old son, I find what little freetime I have dedicated to them and a husband of 3 1/2 years. In between housework and laundry we find our 'sparetime' consumed with soccer or baseball games, gymboree classes and preschool. I have a need for schedule and organization, not only in my home, but in my profession as well. I have a constant want to teach and help others learn about real estate.
