Ternandez Calloway

My name is Ternandez Calloway. I am a native of Birmingham, Alabama, and a proud veteran. After my military service ended, I completed undergraduate studies with a major in Business Management from The University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). Upon graduating, I worked in the healthcare field until I became a full-time caregiver for my terminally ill parents. Following their passing, I relocated to California to pursue a Master's in Healthcare Administration(MHA) at California State University Long Beach(CSULB). Upon completion of graduate studies, I began working in the healthcare field once again. However, driven by my passion for helping people and making their dreams of homeownership a reality, I decided to pursue my dream of becoming a real estate agent.
