Dan Avery

Dan spent years maximizing net proceeds as realtor for a corporate iBuyer, selling 100’s of homes all over southern California. Now, Dan is excited to join the Alex Yu Team and use his expertise to help individual buyers and sellers get the right home at the right price. Dan’s best asset to his clients is his ability to negotiate and educate. He is a graduate of California State University, Long Beach and lives in Huntington Beach with his partner Andrew and their dog Juniper.
