Beverly Oanes

My name is Beverly Oanes, Real Estate Agent in California.  I am known for being extremely organized, meticulous and communicative.  An extrovert, I enjoy meeting new people and building meaningful relationships, but helping and education others is my forte.  As a former teacher and sales manager, I care about educating my clients and keeping them in the loop. I also have an eye for aesthetics being an event and portrait photographer.  These skill helps me better understand what type of home is best for my potential home buyers. My territory is in the San Gabriel Valley but am very familiar with the Chino Hills area. The best advice I have ever received is, 'Answer is always, 'no' unless you ask.' I decided to pursue a full-time career in Real Estate because I wanted my salary to become a reflection of my performance. I only get paid if get the job done, and this career path is a prime example of that.  I also enjoy the freedom it can provide.  In every profession I have had, I have always received awards in my roles because I put my head down and get to work.  As an educator, I was nominated 'New Teacher of the Year,' in cruise sales, I was awarded 'Agent of the Year' as well as the Diamond Award and remained 'Top 10 Agent' among 160 agents consecutively.  In short, I care about my keeping my clients satisfied which is why they keep referring me.
