Sarah Drake

Sarah Drake is a Midwest native with California dreams. Born in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Sarah developed an early affinity for the Golden State's allure. Her journey to the West Coast began after graduating from the University of Iowa, where she distinguished herself as a double major in Philosophy and Ethics of Public Policy while excelling as a four-year starting field hockey player in the Big 10 NCAA.

As a student-athlete, Sarah garnered numerous awards, but more importantly, she internalized the essence of teamwork, hard work, and grit. 'Being an athlete at the highest levels didn't just teach me about perseverance – it became a part of who I am,' says Sarah.

For seven years, Sarah channeled her competitive spirit into entrepreneurship, owning and operating multiple brands in the CBD and hemp industries. Her success culminated in an acquisition by a public company, a testament to her business acumen. 'Through my entrepreneurial journey, I've learned that consistency, accountability, and follow-through are the bedrock of success in any field,' Sarah reflects. 'To thrive as an entrepreneur – and now in real estate – you must be resourceful, diligent, and results-driven.'

Sarah currently resides in Santa Ana with her partner and their two French bulldogs, Loki and Mia. In their spare time, they enjoy working out, exploring Southern California's diverse culinary scene, and immersing themselves in the vibrant local music culture.
