Wade Gerard is an increasingly experienced real estate professional. After getting his license in 2019, Wade chose to pursue his career at First Team Real Estate and joined Danny Murphy & Associates.  With 21+ years of experience and over $275 million in closed sales since 2009, Wade and his Team are ranked in the top 1% of agents in Orange County and the United States. Wade has become an important contributor and integral member of the Team, and is quickly being recognized as a top up and comer.
