Jamie loves working with all types of real estate transactions. As a fellow investor herself and with a BA in Business Economics and Mathematics, she helps investment buyers locate and evaluate properties that meet their investment objectives.

Her previous pension career and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation are beneficial when working with the unique needs of the senior community. As the short sale market increased, Jamie became heavily involved with short sale negotiations and working with sellers to guide them through the process.

Jamie Gilman has helped many families buy their first home, relocate to the area, buy vacation homes and consult on refurbishing projects. A native North San Diego County gal, Jamie loves the beach and outdoors and spending quality time with family and friends.
