Living in the High Desert since 1980 has allowed me to see huge changes & growth. I have been a real estate agent since 2000, and am now a multi-million dollar producer! In 2016 was Realtor of the year for my company, thanks to my clients. In 2020 & 2021 I was honored to be in the Hall of Fame for First Team Real Estate. Prior to being a Realtor I worked in the mortgage business for 2 years, which has given me an insight in the lending aspect. Knowing that real estate will be one of the most important transaction you will make I am always available to answer any questions or address any concerns you might have 7 days a week. Closing a transaction and knowing my clients are completely satisfied is why I enjoy what I do so much.

I have earned my SFR, Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource Certification and REALTORS who have earned the SFR certification know how to help sellers maneuver the complexities of short sales as well as help buyers pursue short sale and foreclosure opportunities. The certification program includes training on how to qualify sellers for short sales, negotiate with lenders, protect buyers, and limit risk.

I am also A CRS REALTOR® which is a Certified Residential Specialist - one of the top 3 percent of real estate agents in the U.S. CRS agents have more experience and training than the average REALTOR® and they are part of a community of REALTORS® dedicated to improving the real estate industry for homebuyers and sellers everywhere.
