Three years later he was awarded 'Top Selling Agent USA' in that same organization over 65,000 agents based on sales volume. Since then has received 32 consecutive Hall of Fame Awards and First Team Real Estates Highest achievement, the Medallion Award. To top it off, he is the recipient of First Team’s Lifetime Achievement Award, given to a total of only 6 agents in the company’s history. Jerry's dedication to the work ethic and concern for the best interests of his clients, both buyers and sellers, is the top priority in his career. A major portion of his business is from repeat customers and referrals from past satisfied clients. Frequently involved with buyer & seller relocation, he works with all the large corporate relocation companies as well as RELO which is made up of the top selling Independent real estate firms across the United States, First Team, of course is a member of this elite group. The Beusee Team, formed 8 years ago by adding solid, experienced agents into the group: Ronna Brant with 25 years Real Estate sales experience, Michele Erwin also with 25years, Dody Korn with 31 years, and Cyndi Brinkhaus with 11 years. In addition the team has a full time Administrative Assistant plus a transaction coordinator. Jerry is always ready to put the combined experience of his team into any situation whether for standard sales, short sales, or bank owned properties. Jerry's daughter, Linda Collins, is a licensed Broker in Massachusetts and has been selling Real Estate for 29 years on Cape Cod. Linda is also very dedicated to Real Estate (chip off the old block). Jerry Co-owned a Real Estate company there with Linda for 10 years.  He has 3 Grandsons (13, 20 & 25 years old) and through them he is able to maintain a vital current outlook on life that helps to keep him young and in touch with young families problems.
