and raised in California, Cathalee’s love of the area is now focused on helping
clients fulfill their real estate goals. Cathalee is a graduate of The
Paul Merage School of Business where she received her MBA and also a graduate
of UC Riverside where she received her B.S. in Business Administration. Having
spent a vast majority of her career serving clients of various industries has
provided Cathalee with a well-versed background. Her management skills include
working with a multitude of diverse parties and overseeing
numerous projects at any given time. These traits have transferred over to
the real estate industry seamlessly.

As an experienced Import/Export Licensing Administrator for an International Aerospace Company, I interfaced with the Sales, Contracts, Engineering, Manufacturing and Shipping Departments to review all new Contract for Import/Export Compliance. To ensure a satisfactory result for the Company and the Customer, I implemented various processes to make sure the Company could meet the requirements of the Department of Commerce for any commercial components and the State Department for any Military components requiring any import or export Licenses. If required, a license would be requested and when received the components would be on their way to meet the Customer due date. In my 25 years with the Company I held various other position that also helped to form my work ethic and commitments to my Clients.The processes align very closely with most Real Estate transactions and are what allows me to meet my Clients expectations.
