I have worked in a service industry since 1980 and know each transaction must be handled in a professional, trustworthy, and efficient manner. Having lived in this area and working with volunteer organizations to raise in excess of $1.5 Million, I have developed strong negotiating skills to benefit my clients .

Since 2005 I have successfully represented my clients in over $100,000,000 in sales. Each client has received individual, personal attention. My clients range from first time buyers to experienced investors. I have represented several in multiple transactions and I am honored when my past clients call on me to help their children and parents. Over 90% of my clients have been as a result of personal and professional referrals from Orange and Los Angeles Counties.

I am fortunate to have access to a wide range of resources so that my clients get up to date information before, during and after their sale or purchase. This information is in the form of statistical information drawn from at least three different sources. My goal is to give my clients as much factual information so that we can make educated decisions together.

Using this methodology has enabled me to be designated a *Five Star Real Estate Agent from 2010 though 2021.  This places me in the top 3% of all Real Estate Agents in Orange County.

From 1994 to 2005 I worked as a Real Estate Administrative Assistant and as an Escrow Coordinator handling over 325 transactions. I have been licensed and joined the National Association of Realtors in 2003.

My clients range from first time buyers to individuals and families who have a wide range of real estate expertise.

Some  of my clients request property management and I am always willing to assist where ever I can.

I handle all paperwork personally so I am completely involved in your sale or purchase to make sure that you are represented through each phase of a transaction.

My 15 year banking career helped me with the loan processes, regulatory issues, and making sure that documentation is always complete.

I have been a 30 year resident of the Westminster/Huntington Beach area. My career in banking and as a real estate administrative assistant has provided me with invaluable knowledge and experience to serve my clients.  I can serve you with with all of your real estate needs, be it single family homes, residential income, or vacant land. 

My Community involvement has centered around education with my 2 children through 3 different local school districts. As the founding president of two Educational Foundations, in Westminster and Huntington Beach, I have in-depth knowledge about the local schools, their facilities, and their academic programs. I continue to support education and the visual and performing arts through the Academy of Performing Arts at HBHS, Ballet Etudes at Huntington Academy of Dance, and the Friends of the Rose Center Theatre Foundation.  I make a contribution to the First in our Hearts Foundation on behalf of each of my clients at the close of escrow.  These proceeds benefit several local organizations.
