Although the profession of real estate and home building is in his family blood, his initial career had very little to do with real estate. Instead, it was in education. He was a teacher for 18 years. People often ask him if he misses teaching. His response is that he continues to teach every day. His students are no longer teenagers, but adults who specialize in their own careers. And his classroom is no longer confined to a school; it can be any house, street or neighborhood where he finds himself with a client.
