Steve Osborne has been in the real estate business for over thirty years. Steve has been inspired and trained in sales by the Tom Ferry organization. He has sold over a thousand homes and over 200 million dollars’ worth of real estate. Steve has always had in an interest in architecture, people, and sales. He finds great joy in helping others. Steve believes that he succeeds when he helps others to do the same.Steve specializations in short sales, foreclosures, luxury, standard sales, and auctions. He also likes to work with first time buyers and downsizers, but new builds are his passion.
Steve currently serves the cities in the Inland Empire, but most of his business comes from the Canyon Hills area. He is affectionally known as the Canyon Hills King. Steve is a family man and greatly enjoys camping, water sports, and riding in fast cars with his son. Steve’s other past times include hiking and cycling in nature, and snow skiing in Mammoth. He also likes to donate funds to worthy nonprofit organizations.
Steve travels the area to build strong relationships with builders, banks, and lending institutions so that he can offer the best service possible.
