Phoebe graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications. She has a background in banking and residential loans and is a twice Irvine homeowner and seller (so she knows firsthand what it's like putting your property up for sale!) Phoebe's real estate experiences expands beyond listing and selling her own properties to owning rental properties in and out of California and has experience in building new construction. She got her broker's license at age 25 and purchased her first property at age 26 during the recession. She bought her first humble fixer-upper condo a few years later and it helped pay for her wedding. All of these first hand experiences along with heavy transaction knowledge has allowed Phoebe to guide people in different ways as she navigates and protect her clients throughout the escrow process. Phoebe has been working as a real estate agent since 2009, and has bought and sold homes for over 250 clients in that period. She has been blessed with the ability to speak English and Mandarin Chinese to best suit the market needs.
She enjoys spending time with her friends and family, traveling and adventuring the outdoors on her vacations.
Phoebe is currently working in Orange County, focusing on the City of Irvine and surrounding cities. She is an expert in her market, and enjoys working and living in the area that she calls home. She is dedicated to her clients, and puts her best effort into helping them achieve their real estate goals. She believes in hard work, efficiency, proactiveness, transparency, as well as respecting the entire agent community.
She has achieved her goals by providing excellent service to those that choose to work with her. She does not leave questions unanswered, and she makes sure her clients are aware of "what happens next" in their real estate transaction. Born in Taiwan, but raised in Southern California, Phoebe has grown to know and love Orange County. She was blessed with entrepreneurial strengths from her mother, and took the hard work ethic and her passion for business into helping others with their real estate needs.

15 of Phoebe's last 25 listings sold at at or above list price. The remaining 10 were within $2,000-$5,000 from list. In those transactions, 18 of 25 were Chinese buyers. Phoebe grew up speaking Mandarin and learned English in 1st grade. Her ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin Chinese will go a long way to helping buyers and sellers of the Irvine real estate achieve their goals timely.
