I came out to California from Sweden right after high school and was supposed to stay here for 3 months. Well, I fell in love with the weather and that 3 months has turned into 25 years! I have traveled all over and I feel that there is no better place to live than in sunny Southern California.

I have been involved in the industry in one way or another for 20 years.  In the past I was part owner of a mortgage banking company and an escrow company. I am very familiar with the lending side and the escrow side of the business. Loan Contingency is the number one reason that holds up close of escrow. I know what to look for and can spot pitfalls before they become a problem.
