Nicole Fiore

I suppose I should begin with who I am and why I do what I do...
I was born and raised in Yorba Linda, California and have been lucky enough to make my career here.  Orange County has always been home.  I have been fortunate enough to travel around the world while competing in the very unknown sport of Artistic Roller Skating.  Between 2007 and 2010 I won four World Championship Gold Medals.  Participating in an Olympic Sport while attending high school and working a part-time job taught me the meaning of balance.  
My father, Bob Leonard, has been a Realtor for nearly forty years.  Growing up previewing houses and listening to him negotiate deals really got my wheels turning.  While attending Esperanza High School and Fullerton College, I assisted him part time.  When I began my business degree at Cal State Fullerton, I decided to get my license and join First Team Yorba Linda.  Let me tell you, it has been a fun ride!  Being young in this business can be seen as a disadvantage, but I certainly don't see it that way.  
My hunger and drive for Real Estate is undeniable.  I strive to treat every person (client or not) with the utmost respect.  I completely understand how insane life can be, and I will take any opportunity possible to make your life and home buying/selling experience easier...and more fun!  If you would like real estate advice or just someone to grab coffee (or beer) with, you know where to reach me!    
Nicole was born and raised in Yorba Linda, and has worked in both Orange County and Los Angeles County.  Before obtaining her Real Estate License, she assisted Bob Leonard from 2010-2014.  With Bob's experience and Nicole's energy, they are more than capable to help you reach any of your Real Estate goals.
