Specialize in guiding the first time buyers through the dynamic process of purchasing or selling their first home.  I also love working with the very experienced home buyer and seller and helping them to be up to date on the newest laws and regulations that may have changed since their last home buying or selling transaction.  I also am focusing on the Bridal industry, working with new couples who have the financial goal of owning Real Estate and will help with a bridal closing cost gift at the end of the transaction.
With over 20 years experience selling products in the paint and decorator world, as well as in the architectural industry, it was easy for me to move into Real Estate Sales.  I have a communications degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara and I love to help people buy, sell and invest in Real Estate.
