Johanna Hernandez

Being born and raised in Orange County and being bilingual has helped Johanna in relating and communicating with the international clientele. Johanna offers a youthful demeanor and her experience as a mother of three young children relates her to the needs of a buyer and seller.  She enjoys helping people needing to buy or sell property. As a teenager, Johanna knew real estate is something she was interested in. Even from that early age, she loved the carried architecture of Orange County homes, as well as the historical significance many of them carry. Enjoying all aspects of real estate business, she loves meeting and establishing relationships with people from all walks of life.

Prior to joining First Team Estates, Johanna worked in the REO (Real Estate Owned) business for 10 years. As an Asset Manager she managed properties throughout the United States, with a portfolio of properties up to 400. Where she would list and sell properties for varies clients like Fannie Mae, Citi, New Century Mortage, Litton and Investors. Johanna provides excellent communication, negations and management skills in combination with in-depth knowledge of the Orange County area’s neighborhood and real estate market. Bringing experience and knowledge to all her real estate transactions, her business approach is direct and successful.
