Over 20 years of selling real estate and I love it! I bring a unique background of sales, accounting/tax, financial planning, and insurance underwriting. This combination of financial knowledge, personal understanding, a drive to please my clients and a continuing ability to find the perfect home for buyers, and the right marketing strategy for sellers have led to a very successful career. I was the Top Producer for North Hills Realty/Villa Park from 2005 -2009 and a top producer in Northern Orange County. I have received numerous awards such as President’s Club, Chairman’s Circle and the coveted Hall of Fame. These awards rank me within the top 2% of agents nationwide.
As a result of this success, I have had the opportunity to work with buyers and sellers in over 150 transactions ranging from $100,000 to $3,100,000 giving me a wealth of experience that many other agents with more years in the business cannot compare. Also, we have been relocated all over the country and have bought and sold 6 of our own homes.
I serve buyers and sellers in Northern Orange County and am a neighborhood specialist in Villa Park, Anaheim Hills, and Orange.
Personal & Community Involvement:
I live in Villa Park and feel blessed to have found this 'Hidden Gem'. My husband, Joe and I moved here over 30 years ago to raise our children, Jordan and Justin. We quickly became involved in the community, schools, and youth sports. Over the years, I have continued to volunteer with the VPWL, and Assistance League of Orange. I have taken leadership roles to raise money and improve my community as Treasurer, Beautification Chairman, Class Representatives and president of McPherson Education Foundation in Orange. Every year I sponsor a shredding event in the city along with the Villa Park Community Foundation to promote Earth Day!
I am a dedicated wife and mother of two children. Jordan and Justin attended Villa Park High School. Jordan is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley and Justin is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University.
