Lanh Vu started his real estate career at the tender age of 20. From his early career start in sales, he has continually proven himself to be excellent in handling impossible tasks to achieve outstanding outcomes. Since then, Lanh has flourished in his capacity as an agent for over 6 years. Due to his extensive experience in many competitive industries, Lanh's top-notch negotiation skills, expertise, market knowledge, and effective marketing strategies have yielded for him many successful real estate transactions. His clients always walk away satisfied and and a testament to their gratification, continue to provide him referrals.
When engaged on any client assignment, Lanh's unique and rare approach is to take complete ownership of the situation and operate as if each client's needs were his own. Lanh implements the latest technologies when it comes to marketing his client's home for sale or helping first time home buyers to their end goals.  Technology has helped him extend the range and effectiveness of services he provides to his clients. Lanh possesses an innate ability to understand each person's unique needs and sensitivities and in a balanced way, he is able to craft fair and mutually beneficial outcomes for every party involved in the transaction. Even after the real estate transaction has closed, Lanh remains present for his clientele, checking in on a regular basis to ensure complete satisfaction. 
Lanh currently resides in Garden Grove of Socal. Between client engagements, Lanh enjoys playing and watching basketball. He is also an avid fan of entrepreneurship. In his spare time, he is active with church and charity functions to help those in need.
