Brian began his real estate career in 2001. Brian’s business is referral based, building relationships is most important. Keeping in touch with and being a resource to his clients is essential and has earned him referrals of family and friends of past clients, which Brian is very proud of.

One of Brian’s biggest strengths when working with a buyer is his ability to listen to what his clients want and need. He then, searches for what you want, and if what you want isn’t on the market, Brian and his team will do their best to locate it. Brian will mail to targeted homes and knock on doors in the area you want to live to find you the house you want. His knowledge of the purchase contract, associated forms and his negotiation skills will get you the house that you want against all competition.

As you can see it matters who you work with, and that is true with Realtors too. Brian has developed many Realtor connections locally, throughout California and in other states. He works hard to build and keep good business-related relationships. He has also made many good contacts for the different trades related to owning a home, so if you need a referral out of state or for a good painter or handyman, just ask. 

Brian strives to continue learning his craft, he regularly attends training to improve his skillset and is a current member of real estate associations that regulate Realtor behavior and ethics. These are: National Association of Realtors  (NAR), California Association of Realtors (CAR), and Orange County Association of Realtors (OCAR). Brian also has earned certificates as an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), Pricing Strategies (PSA) and the Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR).

In Real Estate:

Each buyer and seller are different, Brian finds great pleasure in all the sales and purchase aspects and consider many moments in each situation special. The first time buyer, the veteran buyer who was able to use the VA loan. The relocation client from out of state. The sellers that received multiple offers, sellers who were able to get the larger home. The challenges of a difficult escrow for whatever reason and still able to closed on time.

These are the highlights I like to remember.


Brian came from an IT background, worked for Northrop Grumman on many different programs like the B2 Bomber. As a Network Engineer,  his focus was on Wide Area Networking. Brian has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Telecommunications Management.

After Northrop Brian joined a consulting firm that was affected by the 'dot bomb' crash in the late 1990's causing the company to fold. Brian worked in application profiling/performance needs (basically what would happen when merging different networks).


Brian has been part of a top producing team that received many Broker awards for production, number of units sold and recognition of reaching specific milestone goals. Individually Brian has received his broker's Hall of Fame award.

The true reward/award for Brian is assisting buyers move into their new home to begin the next chapter in their lives or to assist a seller reach some other life goal, relocate for a new position, downsize their home...
