Dawn Van Allen

Born in Portugal and raised all over the world I came to love architecture. I practiced architecture for 20 years while raising my children. While looking for a hobby I found I really loved landscape design and that started my second career, and love of all things green. I love the environment and historic architecture and I found real estate to be the perfect outlet for doing both. I assist my husband by providing an eye for staging and the important first look or curb appeal that is needed to sell your home. I also love finding the perfect home for our teachers ( 2 of my daughters are teachers), our first responders, ( my sister, brother in law and niece all serve) and most importantly our national heros, the men and women in our military. My father served for over 30 years. Now you know why I was raised all over the world. I hope you will let me help you find your new home.
Studied Architecture and practiced for 20 years. Owner California's first Organic nursery and garden center. 
Architecture, Landscape design, Garden Center Owner, President of the Inland chapter of the Calif Assoc of Nurseries and Garden Centers, Promoted Organics in Gardencenters. Certified Horticulturalist and Horticultural therapist. 
Won So Cal Western Garden design 4 years straight. First Omri certified Garden Center in Calif.
