You are reading this summary about me because I
believe that your decision to buy or sale your home is an important one. During
the process if you choose to grant me the privilege to work with you, we will
build a personal relationship that will lead to a successful closing.  I have prepared this introduction to give you some
insight on who I am and where I came from.

I was born in Buenos Aires; Argentina, the youngest of
two children. My Dad was a Manager at an international electronic company until
he evolved into owning his own business. My mon was a nurse and my sister assumed
the role of protecting and spoiling me. As a young child in a country that loves
and lives for soccer, I started playing as a goalie, until one hot summer going
to the neighborhood pool I discovered my love for swimming. I competed until I
was 14 years old when I switched to water polo. I played for 2 years.

Upon my high school graduation, I went on to graduate
with a bachelor degree in Business Administration while working full time in
the banking industry. Upon graduation, I landed a job in the Argentinian
Federal Reserve. I was there for almost 10 years until the economy in Argentina
hit a deep economic low and I decided to move to U.S. In July 1990, I arrived at
LAX just before the 4th of July. With effort, I learned English and
got a job as an accounting supervisor at a Hispanic based company. After 7
years with hard work and strong works ethics I achieved a Director
position.

While with that company, I met my wife and together we
are the proud parents of 4 children. Our first-born son lead us to seek a
sibling and much to our surprise, we had triplets: two more boys and one
beautiful girl.

Why am I a realtor? Our first home purchase was
stressful and less than enjoyable.  This
purchase motivated me to consider a real estate as a career. With years of experience
in customer service and a solid financial background I knew I could deliver a
better experience than the one we went through. So, in 2010, I took the State
License exam and became a Realtor. To further my knowledge and build opportunities
to better serve my clients, in 2014 I successfully passed the Broker exam.
Since then I have helped many families purchase their first home or to move to
their dream home.  I have achieved this by
extolling the benefit and pride of ownership.
