Before entering the field Edward worked in real estate project management, assisting investors as they purchased and remodeled high-end properties. Throughout the course of his work he discovered that while he enjoyed the business of improving homes, his real passion was in the process of identifying and acquiring the right properties for each investor's unique needs. "Scouting out homes, searching for the perfect one was challenging, and I really loved the process of making it happen for my clients," he recalls.
In 2005 Edward launched his career as a real estate professional and discovered from the onset that he had found his niche. "This business is not about making a sale," he explains, "It's about building relationships, helping to facilitate a great experience for my clients, and assisting them in what is typically the most important investment they'll make."
While Edward continues to specialize in the sales and purchases of luxury and high-end homes, Edward notes that his clientele is a diverse group that includes move-up and first-time buyers. Working with a spectrum of customers, he says, "Keeps me on my toes. I'm in tune with the attitudes and trends of real estate consumers at all levels of the business, which allows me to provide my clients with more knowledgeable and informed representation." Edward's geographical range has expanded to meet his clients' growing needs; he specializes in Yorba Linda and Anaheim Hills properties, but is also well-versed in communities throughout South Orange County. And though he focuses on equity sales and purchases, he is adept at representing short sales and foreclosures as well.
