Marianne Zarcone

Marianne is a native Californian, living and working in Orange County for 20+ years. She recognizes the unique characteristics and benefits of living and working in Orange County and will utilize that knowledge to best serve you.

Marianne’s love of real estate was a natural transition from her former career in the banking industry as a commercial real estate lender, where she worked with her clients from loan submission through closing. She is very detail oriented, organized, and customer service driven. Whether buying or selling, she will work tirelessly to promote your best interests. Marianneunderstands that buying and selling real estate can be emotional, and at times, stressful. As a full-time realtor, she will work hard to make your experience as pleasurable as possible through constant communication.

When not assisting clients, Marianne enjoys spending time with her husband Pete and their daughter Sophia. She is a very active and connected community volunteer, serving many philanthropy partners throughout Huntington Beach and its surrounding neighbors through her membership in National Charity League, a non-profit organization of Mother and Daughter members dedicated to improving local communities through hands-on volunteerism.
