Candice Kelly

Candice Kelly has 23 years' experience working with Buyers and Sellers and loving every minute of it! Born and raised in Arcadia California.

She has lived and worked in the Laguna area, Oregon, Utah, and Temecula as well as the Oceanside/Carlsbad area of North San Diego County.

Candice had several clothing stores in the Santa Barbara area in the mid 1970's. She took time off to thoroughly enjoy raising  her four children.

During that time she had a craft design company that published patterns and books for companies like Hot Off The Press, Provo Craft, McCalls Special Occasion Dresses and Crafts. Candice also had her own pattern company, Precious Collections.

Candice decided to become a realtor when her family was making a corporate move back to California from Utah. With four kids from Elementary to Collage age, juggling everyones schedule and waiting for their New Build to finish, her house fell out of escrow in Utah. Candice flew back and did flyers, open houses, went to local companies and posted in the employee break rooms and sold that house!! It was exciting and exhilarating. When she returned to California she studied for her real Estate License. Candice knows just how stressful moving can be on a family. She will help your move go just a smoothly as possible.

Candice started her Real Estate career in the Temecula area of Riverside Country in 1997. In 2003 she moved to New Zealand and received her license to sell Real Estate in New Zealand! That was interesting!
