As a Realtor, I see my primary duties to my clients as threefold: 1) To empower them to make sound decisions by educating them on the market and market conditions; 2) To negotiate the most favorable price and terms; and 3) To protect them from risk. 

With over twenty years in real estate sales, I have a wealth of knowledge and experience for my clients to benefit from.  Before selling real estate I was a Deputy District Attorney at the San Diego District Attorney's Office.  My background as a lawyer also serves to benefit my clients, especially when explaining the contracts and when conducting price negotiations.
