Having been employed since age 11, I've never been afraid of hard work! I am passionate about getting people to where they want to be next. Their next home, their next location, their next lifestyle. The joy it brings is priceless and is why I do what I do. My approach is direct yet compassionate, sharing with you what you NEED to hear vs. what you WANT to hear. Having been licensed since 2002, I employ my local expertise, experience, up-to-date knowledge, negotiation skills and agent-to-agent relationships on your behalf while genuinely CARING about YOU. There is zero ego. Yes, I've earned numerous awards throughout my career ... but choose not to brag, boast or post about them as this whole thing is about YOU and not me. "Buyers beware! Michael Levison came highly recommended by my parents who praised his exceptional work. Initially, he appeared enthusiastic and proactive sending us listings and accommodating our requests. However, we frequently faced challenges with scheduling as he required more notice than we could often provide leading to noticeable frustration on his part. During one property showing he even left us waiting in the heat due to a dead phone and his repetitive commentary and confusing analogies left much to be desired in terms of professionalism and preparation. When we decided to pursue a new construction home we encountered a price discrepancy where the builders requested an additional $10000. Michael assured us he would negotiate on our behalf but ultimately made minimal effort to address the price issue. Additionally, while my father suggested requesting $5000 towards home updates to facilitate the process Michael's negotiation skills were lacking and we didn't see much progress. Throughout the building process, I had several issues that I included in emails to which Michael was copied hoping for his assistance. Unfortunately, his responses were minimal and unhelpful often asking if I needed him to get involved rather than actively addressing the problems. Frustrated I reached out to another real estate agent for advice who guided me to ask Michael to address our grievances and negotiate on our behalf. After sending Michael a detailed account of the issues his response was merely to approve the email for me to send rather than taking the initiative himself. During a subsequent Zoom call with the head of sales, I applied the advice from my new agent successfully negotiating additional compensation. Michael did not contribute to the negotiation and merely recapped the issues showing a lack of proactive involvement and negotiation skills. After the call when we discussed the situation with Michael, he claimed ignorance of the problems despite being copied on every email. This lack of engagement and attentiveness highlighted his passive approach and reluctance to advocate effectively for us. Despite Michael Levison's claims of 22 years of experience, his performance fell short of expectations. His apparent disinterest and minimal effort suggested he was more interested in the easy commission from the new construction than in genuinely supporting his clients."
