My life skills have brought me to a Career in Real Estate.  I have made it my goal to do and be the best in everything I pursue; School, Work and Family!

I graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in Art, have obtained my Military Relocation Certificate and have had my Real Estate Broker’s License since the beginning of my Real Estate Career and am now in my 14th year!

Real Estate is a great vehicle to utilize my background in Construction, Design, Teaching and Coaching.  Past work experience includes: TF Kaiser Construction - Sales, Design and Drafting. Owner and operator of a Sign Company and Picture Framing Business.  Taught Art, PE and Coached High School Basketball and Softball.  Through my previous work experience I have fine-tuned my skill set of understanding and analyzing clients’ needs in guiding them in the right direction, a highly necessary skill for Real Estate.

Real Estate is Fun, Exciting and I Love it.  For my Sellers, I thrive on developing a marketing plan that best fits my clients property resulting in multiple offers. For my Buyers, I listen intently to their priorities and ‘must haves’ and am thrilled when I find the perfect fit.   I take great pride in negotiating the best deal for both my Sellers and Buyers.

I have lived and worked in the San Diego County for 49 years and have a vast knowledge of the San Diego Area and the housing market, thus I am not limited. I actively sell homes throughout San Diego County.

Some personal highlights include my husband of 43 years and 2 adult married children, a son and daughter (4 grandsons).  Our son is a Lt. Commander Naval Helicopter Pilot stationed in Coronado, CA.  Athletics are a big part of our family. You name the sport…WE PLAY, CrossFit, Basketball, OTL, Softball, Golf, Biking Riding, Water & Snow Ski…Etc! My basketball team received the Gold Medal in the National Senior Games Basketball Tournament for my age group 2011, 2015 & 2017 with Silver in 2013, 2019 & 2022; placed 1st in the Century Division in the OMBAC OTL Tournament  2001, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2022! and I have been participating in CrossFit for 10 years.  In 2019 I walked 200 Miles of the Camino de Santiago in Spain, and in 2023 I walked 200 Miles of the Via Francigena in Italy.  My high energy level compliments my commitment to my clients in providing them the best professional service.
