She graduated with her Bachelor's in Psychology from UCLA, Summa Cum Laude, with College and Departmental Honors, her thesis, and outstanding 4.0 GPA. She is a licensed California REALTOR and U.S. Military on the Move Certified Specialist. With years in the technology industry as a marketing specialist, landing one of the largest accounts in her company's history, combined with her expertise as a program manager, Noel harnesses her knowledge to strategically and creatively market properties and manage complex real estate transactions. She has a very collaborative and educational approach, understanding that, for most people, buying a home is the largest and most personal purchase of their life.
