With tons of events in the Inland Empire this September 2017, there's no reason to be sitting at home this Labor Day weekend. From the Norco Fair to Big Bear Lake Oktoberfest and more fun all month long, there's never a dull moment in Southern California. Norco Fair

Thursday, August 31st – Monday, September 4th

All Labor Day Weekend long, enjoy the fun at the Norco Fair with live music and entertainment, beer gardens, kids Korral, rides, games, food and more. The Labor Day Parade will take place Monday at 10AM and there will be tons of events to check out all weekend long from “Norco’s Got Talent” Talent show, to the rodeo and dancers.

Corks & Hops

Saturday, September 2nd

Corks & Hops First Saturdays on the Hill feature beer and wine tastings, live music, food and an artisan market in Crestline. There will be a free shuttle service from Top Town to Downtown to enjoy local restaurant tastings, 9 different pouring and tasting stops and several live music stages. Tickets are $25 presale and $30 day of the event.

Safari Nights at The Living Desert

Saturday, September 2nd – Saturday, September 30th

In addition to taking in the sights and sounds of the native and exotic animals in the evening, Safari Nights activities also include scorpion hunts, astronomy, and bat detector stations, plus live entertainment. Food and beverage tastings and specialty cocktails will be available for purchase. Each Saturday has it’s own special theme so pick your favorite and we’ll see you there!

Big Bear Kids Adventure Games

Saturday, September 2nd – Monday, September 4th
Sat. 12PM-5PM; Sun. 8AM-2:30PM

The Big Bear Kids Adventure Games features a kid-sized adventure race where teams of two navigate a natural terrain inspired obstacle course. This event allows kids ages 6-14 an opportunity to experience the thrill of adventure racing, while learning teamwork skills and building confidence in a one-of-a-kind outdoor experience, created just for them. Kids can expect mountain biking, hiking, zip-lines, a Tarzan rope swing, giant Slip-n-Slide, river tubing, cargo nets, mud pits and more. 

Shakespeare in the Vines

Thursday, September 7th – Saturday, September 16th
Seating open 6:30PM; Show begins 7:30PM

Pack a picnic dinner and take a seat in the vineyard for Temecula’s annual Shakespeare in the Vines. All performances are staged outdoors, under the stars and amidst the vines, at the beautiful Baily Vineyard & Winery. September’s performance will be The Importance of Being Earnest.

Clara Barton Annual Color Fun Run

Saturday, September 9th

Clara Barton Elementary School in Eastvale welcomes you to join the fun as they run, walk, and jog while raising funds for their school. You can walk or run the Color Fun Run walk and it’s open to everyone in the community. Registration includes a race bib, color packet, and t-shirt if you sign up before 8/25 so go online today!

Big Bear Lake Oktoberfest

Weekends September 9th – October 28th

The Big Bear Lake Oktoberfest celebrates 47 years of German fun this year. A true German celebration, this year’s Oktoberfest features three bands direct from Germany. A festival like no other, guests are treated to authentic German entertainment; feast on Brats and Knockwursts direct from the German butcher; and enjoy the very same beers poured at Munich’s Oktoberfest for more than 150 years!

Paws for the Arts Corona

Saturday, September 16th

Kids Rock Free® School of Music at the Fender® Center for the Performing Arts will host an inaugural fundraiser, Paws for the Arts. Proceeds of the community event will provide free and reduced-cost music lessons for children, 7-17 years old, from low-income families. In addition to supporting music lessons for children, the Corona Animal Shelter will be in attendance with pets for adoption along with entertainment like interactive booths, food, drinks and a K9 presentation from the Corona PD.

Wine & Food Under the Stars

The National Orange Show Foundation will celebrate 30 years of service with an evening of fine cuisine, award-winning wine, craft breweries and community support. Tickets are $45 or $750 for a VIP of 10. Come ready to support, as we will have plenty of live auction items and over 25 amazing raffle prizes.

Hot Dawgz & Hand Rails

Friday, September 23rd

Hot Dawgs & Hand Rails is Southern California's premier winter kickoff party. The world’s top snowboarders will be again competing on a one-of-a-kind course designed and constructed by the award-winning Park Staff. This year the event will be adding can’t-miss musical performances by Method Man & Redman, DJ Snoopadelic and more.

“Taste for Life” Wine Event

Saturday, September 23rd

"Taste for Life" Wine Event, is an evening dedicated to raising funds for programs provided by Childhood Cancer Foundation of Southern California. The event will be held at the Oak Hollow Farm in the hills of Oak Glen for an evening of sampling California wines, dinner, live entertainment and auction gift opportunities. All proceeds raised throughout the night directly benefit Childhood Cancer Foundation of Southern California, a non-profit organization.

Village Fall Wine Walk

Saturday, September 24th

This will be the 9th annual Fall Wine Walk in the Village. Enjoy an afternoon of shopping, walking and wine tasting with tons of participating local stores. Food and drinks courtesy of Big Bear Mountain Brewery, Bev Mo, Distinctive Wines by Lapis Luna Winery and more local eateries. Food only tickets are $20, presale wine walk tickets are $35.

Get Shamrocked Irish Music Festival

CRUSH Wine & Culinary Showcase

At this celebration of Temecula Valley Southern California Wine Country's just-picked vintage, winery owners, winemakers, and chefs come together to give attendees a chance to meet their favorite local wine and culinary stars and sample their offerings. This event will feature 100+ wines from over 30 Temecula Valley wineries. General admission is $89, $110 for VIP early entrance.

Big Horse Corn Maze & Harvest Festival

Weekends in Temecula

The major attraction at the Harvest Festival is the 11+ acre corn maze. To kick off the fall festivities, the weekend of September 30th will be the Classic Car Craze at the Corn Maze with a show of hot rods, antique models and more classic cars along with old-fashioned rock and roll. Every weekend will feature hayrides, pillow jump, rock wall, corn cannon, face painting, duck races, rock wall, gem mining and more. We have many family friendly free activities to enjoy in our animal sharing center, mini maze, corn boxes, excavator scoops, pig races, Hoola hoop contest, pie eating contest, pumpkin bowling, and bean bag toss.
