Chip and Kim began their real estate careers with First Team 10 years ago, and their decision to rejoin was driven by more than just a desire for growth; it was a testament to their trust in CEO Michele Harrington's vision and her commitment to helping them build a successful team. With a decade of industry experience under their belts, they primarily serve North and South Orange County, as well as Los Angeles County.
Chip and Kim aspire to build a team of at least 10 agents this year, aiming for a sales volume of $40 million. Beyond real estate, they actively engage with the community, volunteering with organizations like the Autistic Center and supporting various causes, from assisting traumatized children to participating in charity walks for brain injury survivors.
