Terry Karges

Terry Karges

After several successful years of selling with FirstTeam Real Estate as an agent, Terry was offered the role of Director of Training, allowing him to oversee all aspects of training within the company. Delivering industry-leading training and coaching for all 2,000+ agents throughout the company, one of his first accomplishments in his role was the creation of ‘FirstTeam University’ which was formed to provide a full-service training solution ranging from pre-licensing courses (Principles, Legal Aspects, Practices), Basic and Advanced sales training, Mastery workshops, Special events and the introduction of a comprehensive Online training platform to the company. In his time as Director of Training, Terry also handled strategic planning, advertising, budgeting, and management of our full team of Trainers, Career Counselors, and Administrative professionals.

Taking on a more personal role in shaping our company’s top agents, Terry moved on to manage our FirstTeam Anaheim Hills office. When he took over the office, there was a total of 84 agents, ranking 2nd in the city. Today the office has over 140 agents, ranking as the #1 office by a large margin. In 2017 Terry was awarded the prestigious Manager of the Year award, and in 2019 he was asked to take on the role of Regional Manager within the company. His territory includes overseeing the Anaheim Hills, Tustin, Corona, Newport Beach, and our Lido offices, making up some of the most important and influential offices within all of  Southern California. Though his team and responsibilities have expanded, his mission remains the same – provide everyone with the tools and opportunities to succeed, and make sure they know that they are part of something bigger.

Since joining FirstTeam in 2008, my real estate business has consistently grown and my “real estate family” keeps getting bigger. According to the most recent Trend Graphix report, I am among the top 2% of all agents in Orange County for production from 2008 to 2018, and I’m proud to have achieved multiple FirstTeam Hall of Fame Awards for sales production.
In 2020, I was handpicked as the Manager of our Huntington Beach – South office, one of the company’s strongest, and longest-standing offices. Serving each and every agent’s needs so that they can continue to meet the needs of the community is my top priority as the new branch manager. Focused on fine-tuning and bringing an additional real estate sales mindset to an already high-performing team, I am carving out even more opportunities for future growth to my agents while continuing to help them bring clients home.

His career ended up bringing him to Southern California where he yet again managed one of Southern California’s highest producing sales teams closing on average $140 Million in annual sales. His strongest personality trait is the ability to connect with customers and agents on a meaningful level right from the start. Antony likes to combine an honest, straightforward, no-nonsense approach while making for a decidedly enjoyable experience.

As a salesperson, Antony received REBNY’s “Most Promising Salesperson of the Year” award, a highly coveted title given to only one agent in all of Manhattan in his first year of business. As a sales manager, Antony has led his teams to achieve the highest awards given by their respective brokerages.

Today, he soaks up the Southern California ambiance by spending time in Huntington Beach, Newport Beach, Long Beach, all the way to Yorba Linda, Anaheim Hills, Irvine, Orange, and Tustin. He studied Music and Business at Montclair State University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude, and has written songs that have placed as high as #14 on iTunes charts. Additionally, he is a graduate of the New York Real Estate Institute.

Antony has been married to his wife for 5 years and has 2 beautiful daughters who are the loves of his life. When it comes to a well-rounded personal life, count on Antony to share his love of food and restaurants. He’s a self-proclaimed foodie, and enjoys concerts, operas, Broadway shows, and art exhibits.

Fred Nassab

With more than 30 years of coaching, training and motivating agents, Fred knows what it takes to succeed in Real Estate and he has proven it time and again.  Fred’s true passion is inspiring success and helping new and experienced agents build their book of business and ultimately their sales volume up to $20 – $50 million in sales annually.

Fred has a knack for identifying an agent’s strengths and helping them build on those strengths while at the same time helping them to eliminate or delegate their weaknesses.  His well-established and successful office is home to the area’s most productive agents.

Through interactive sales meetings,’ Mastermind’ groups, training workshops and one-on-one coaching, Fred works tactically shoulder to shoulder on a street level with his agents to help them dominate their market area.  Fred’s great sense of humor, insight and genuine concern for his agents, fosters a remarkable culture of sharing that permeates throughout his office that so many top producers call home!

In an industry where loyalties and relationships speak volumes, Dan Sarnecky stands head and shoulders above the rest. He is an industry veteran of 34+ years and has worked exclusively for more than 28 years at FirstTeam Real Estate, serving as manager of the Irvine office. 

At FirstTeam’s 2015 Ritz Carlton Awards evening, Dan was recognized with an Excellence in Management Award as Manager of the Year. But the statistics that make Dan proudest are those that speak to the achievements of the agents he manages and coaches. In 2014, the Irvine office was recognized for being the office with the highest percentage increase of estate sales for closed sales of properties valued at more than one million. Specifically, the office’ Estate sales increased by 165% over the previous year.

The Irvine office has a stable roster of nearly 120 full-time licensees, many of whom have been affiliated with the company for more than three decades. This loyalty springs from being affiliated with the renowned name of FirstTeam Real Estate, and also its affiliation with Christie’s International that empowers agents to use the global connections of this internationally recognized luxury brand.

But equally significant is the support and coaching the Irvine agents receive from Dan. Dan’s greatest motivation is to help agents achieve confidence in real estate sales so that they can successfully build their business and find the sweet spot that affords them business success combined with a balanced, better quality of life. Recognized as an exemplary real estate professional with proven success in the field, Jacob is beloved by the First Team family for his compassionate heart and infectious energy. Previously a top-performing agent, in 2020 Jacob was appointed as the Branch Office Manager of our Mission Viejo Office. As an integral part of FirstTeam Real Estate for nearly a decade, he embodies the sharing culture of the company, quick to lend a helping hand, and tackle challenges head-on.

Jacob has previously held the position of assistant manager for a top office in the company and manager for one of Orange County’s top-producing real estate teams. Boasting a strong understanding of digital marketing, he places an emphasis on teaching technology and digital tools as proven strategies to make agents more successful. In so doing, Jacob brings captivating energy and enthusiasm to everything he does.

Jeremy began his career in real estate as a technology and sales trainer in 1998. Drawing on his background, he helped train agents and brokers, as well as develop new real estate programs and applications. In the past few years, he has also worked in an advisor role for many companies including Apple, NuOffer, DocuSign, Hobizbo, local real estate brokerages, MLS’s and investment firms. In 2010 he helped develop the first mobile MLS application available to real estate professionals, MLS-Touch.

Previously the Assistant Manager of our Anaheim Hills Office, Elizabeth Meyers is now the Branch Office Manager of our Tustin Office. Known for her bubbly personality and dedication to her agents, she is always available to help them navigate tricky transactions, as well as their personal business goals.

Her personable approach to individual coaching and ability to foster teamwork has made her indispensable to the FirstTeam Real Estate family, continually holding herself to the highest professional standards. A natural-born leader, Elizabeth will be serving on the 2020 Board of Directors for Pacific West Association of REALTORS®, and she also currently serves on the Board of Directors for the California Association of REALTORS®.

Beginning as the Assistant Manager of our Anaheim Hills Office, she is now the Branch Manager of our Corona Office. Vanessa Bell

A native Californian, Vanessa Bell was born in Covina, raised in Temecula, and has raised her family in both Wine Country and Coastal North County Carlsbad, La Costa, and Encinitas. That means she knows first-hand what makes each of these communities and neighborhoods so special, and so uniquely different from one another! 

Beginning her career in 2005 with a prominent regional brokerage in Temecula, she quickly advanced to managing REO and short sale accounts throughout the market crash and correction of 2008-2011.  In 2012, Vanessa accepted an offer at a boutique real estate brokerage in San Diego, at the time, comprised of just 6 agents.  By the time she left her position there as a recruiter and office manager, the brokerage had grown to more than 168 agents and was recognized as one of the top 10 fastest growing companies within San Diego (San Diego Business Journal, 2015)!

Well known for her innovative and forward-thinking approach to solving problems, Vanessa is detail-oriented as well, always keeping a keen eye on continually enhancing the customer experience.  Possessing a tireless work ethic and harnessing the power of technology to streamline workplace processes as Team Leader for the VanBell Group of Real Estate Professionals at First Team Real Estate. She has risen in the ranks and now sits on the heralded board of elite instructors found within First Team’s Tech Coaching group, available for 1-on-1 consultations to any of our 2,600+ agents company-wide.  Her creativity, commitment to excellence, and desire to empower others to be the best versions of themselves have been a proven asset to every position she’s held and will surely benefit our office team, and ultimately our cherished client base, for years to come.

With over 30 years of real estate sales experience, as well as a background in mortgage services, Robert Adams is an expert in all facets of the industry.  Founding and managing partner of Lawyer’s real estate operations, he joined the First Team Real Estate family in 2018, opening several of his own Community Offices. 
Focusing his efforts on helping others, Robert has been training and coaching real estate agents and loan officers to increase their real estate and lending sales skills for over 20 years. As a finance and investment specialist, he has sold over 700 homes in his career.

Bruce is a full-time Commercial and Residential Broker in the High Desert area of Southern California. Known for his superior work ethic and client service, Bruce is a conscientious, responsive, and creative agent and manager.
Bruce has experience in all aspects of the real estate industry ranging from residential to commercial and will always give an honest evaluation to his clients. He consistently ranks in the top 5% of all High Desert agents every year and has won numerous sales and listing awards. In addition, Bruce has been voted as “Best of the Desert” for the past 5 years by Daily Press readers, and his Victorville office is also designated Best of the Desert.
Serving on several local Committees and Governing Boards, Bruce is currently serving his third term as a Planning Commission member/chairman for the Town of Apple Valley.
