Ronda Martinsen

I grew up in the Inland Empire and have been an Apple Valley resident for over 30 years. It is here where I watched my kids grow up and now enjoy life with my grandkids. I spent most of my career working within the credit union industry where I mastered my skills as a service provider, tailoring products and services to the needs of my members. I further developed my skills in management, working with my team as a coach and strong leader, training and developing them to prepare them for their next roles. During those years I was able to focus on others and their individual needs and personalities. I pride myself on placing an emphasis in the importance in being the best version of myself and further demonstrating that “if it is important to you, it is important to me!'

My deep-rooted interest in architecture and interior design added with my ability to attack most DIY projects has brought me to this place in life that beckons a new passion. At the urging of family and friends I find myself pursuing the opportunity to provide a higher level of service to those in my community and beyond. By utilizing my creative problem-solving skills, my attention to detail accompanied with my effective communication, I will be a strong advocate for both buyers and sellers.  By leading with my heart and thinking with my head, I can make the most positive impact in the lives of those I interact with.

Outside of my professional life I enjoy time with my four grown children and five grandkids. You can often find me RV camping, fishing and off-roading. I love running and hiking, and I have also been known to challenge myself with activities like skydiving, zip lining, surfing and rock climbing.

I look forward to serving my team and the community while earning trust and respect in the industry, all while always setting a good example and making my family proud.
