John Valdez

John D Valdez is a Texas native, born and raised in Corpus Christi.  After his service in the United States Air Force he continued to pursue his career in aerospace for over 25 years.  During this time he worked for organizations such as NASA and Gulfstream Aerospace.

In 2018 John received in opportunity to work in real estate working along-side top luxury agents, for 2 years John worked as administrative assistant while learning the intricate details of real estate. In 2020 he took the advice of his mentors and obtained his real estate license.  Since he started his career in real estate John has closed over $7.1M+ in residential sales.  John and his wife have been married for 15 years and they have two children.

John has a methodical work ethic and possesses a genuine relationship with his clients while providing a professional experience.  He constantly follows up with his clients to provide superior experience as they progress through their home buying and selling process.  He always goes beyond his Realtor® duties for his clients to ensure that they are met with the highest standard of service.
