Here is a little about how my career was developed.
I have been married for 29 years with 3 children, I have always been active in the community as a parent and businessman, Scouting, Sports Coaching, Civic organizations and my church.
Served 3 years in the United States Army, then worked at UPS as a supervisor. I transitioned into sales at Allstate for 7 years.
Beginning my real estate experience 1985, buying my home on a Neg AM Wrap with my savings, years later after buying and selling a few more homes personally, being creative in financing and investing. At the same family handled family assets that were passed down the generations. this exposed me to property management, probate and trust situations. Later, was recruited by a loss mitigation co. doing commercial/residential workouts for families in hardships, and Divorce situations. by 1998 moved to REO market dealing with ten East coast banks. As the REO market subsided I transitioned to a traditional local agent, aligning with community organizations & nonprofits.
My experience has enabled me to skillfully negotiate any transaction, even the most challenging of personalities. I have the experience and knowledge of all procedures required of escrow holder, title companies, lenders, other affiliates to successfully close a real estate transaction. I have the unique ability to anticipate and eliminate anything that may impede the closing of a transaction, including but not limited to, qualifying a buyer. I also personally handle many accounts.
In 2004-2014 I was The Sales Manager for my company, in 2006 the market turned again to REO; I did training presentations on REO and pre-foreclosure at the local boards and at our corporate office. Instilling confidence through coaching, my agents became experts in the REO market doing 1000’s of REO Short Sales & modifications, as markets change, our agents continue to work together as we lead our markets through education and sharing through case studies.
