Lisa Vincent

As the Regional Branch Manager for First Team Real Estate in the San Diego region Lisa says she is 'honored and humbled at the opportunity to work with some of the best agents in Southern California'.

Her start in the real estate industry began right out of school working for her father who was a custom home builder in Tucson, Arizona. She learned the home development business from the ground up, literally, digging trenches and laying rebar! Lisa later moved into custom home site sales for a major developer in the Tucson Foothills. After raising her family in Phoenix Lisa went back into the real estate business by opening a home staging and redesign company. 

She moved to the North San Diego county area in 2016 and expanded her knowledge base by training in coaching, marketing, and business development. 

Lisa believes we live in a world of possibilities and brings that belief into her role as a manager. 'My agents are my clients and my number one priority is supporting them to help them achieve their goals and, when necessary, working shoulder to shoulder in the trenches with them on their transactions'.

Lisa is detail oriented with an ability to take in the big picture and focuses these skills on bringing about win-win outcomes for her agents and the clients they serve.
