I have been licensed in California over 36 years. My years of experience has included working sellers to achieve the sale of their home for the highest possible price in the shortest amount of time, including assisting sellers with short sales and relocations. I enjoy working with first time buyers and buyers looking to relocate in and out of the area as well including veterans. Worked as a Realtor in San Diego prior to moving to Murrieta in 1997. Currently working at First Team Real Estate in Temecula. I actively work San Diego and Riverside counties.
