Noël was born, raised, and resides in Orange County, California. She graduated with her Bachelor's in Psychology from UCLA, Summa Cum Laude, with College and Departmental Honors, her thesis, and outstanding 4.0 GPA. She is a licensed California REALTOR and U.S. Military on the Move Certified Specialist. With years in the technology industry as a marketing specialist, landing one of the largest accounts in her company's history, combined with her expertise as a program manager, Noel harnesses her knowledge to strategically and creatively market properties and manage complex real estate transactions. She has a very collaborative and educational approach, understanding that, for most people, buying a home is the largest and most personal purchase of their life.

Noel has a heart for giving back, and partners with several non-profit organizations.
