My mission as a realtor is to always strive for the highest level of integrity and commitment that my clients deserve with every transaction thus creating lasting relationships beyond the close of escrow.

 Why do I do what I do?  Simply because I enjoy helping people at the highest level and leaving them with experience.  Since 1990, I have served buyers and sellers with their real estate needs all over Southern California. I have worked and lived in Temecula since 1994 where my husband and I raised our kids now 30 and 25 years old. Temecula Valley was a very small town when we moved here.  There were only 30,000 residents. Boy! How our city has grown!!! I have seen small country roads turn into Highways. We went from 13 to nearly 50 wineries as well as many new hotels, restaurants. Our town is filled with live music every weekend at the local restaurants and wineries which my husband and I enjoy immensely.  Our city has become quite the Destination.

Buying or selling a home is a complex and deeply personal endeavor;  That’s why I make sure that my clients feel confident that I will provide the guidance they need and will deliver the Results they want.  Communication is important! Therefore, weekly reports are provided to them. 

 I attribute my success not only to my passion for real estate but also to my intuition regarding the psychology of buying and selling.  My business has grown successfully thanks to the repeat business of happy clients and their introductions to friends, family, and neighbors.  This track record is only possible because they feel I deliver both RESULTS and an enjoyable experience.  90% of my business comes from Past clients and their referrals.  I have sold Hundreds of homes in all price ranges from starter homes, Brand new homes, Condos, Ranch Properties, and Bare Land.

Clients appreciate my heart-centered approach, low-pressure sales, patience, flexibility, ability to listen to what they want, negotiation skills, and my ability to price and market homes so they’re sold at the highest price in the least amount of time possible. My listings are usually sold within 20 days from the day they hit the market.

On a personal level…I enjoy morning walks, watching romantic and action movies, listening to all kinds of music, and making people laugh.  Maintaining a sense of Humor is a must!
