Karen Dileo-Hamilton

I am a native Californian and a graduate of University of Phoenix where I received a Bachelor's of Science in Business.  

After working 25+ years in the Aerospace Industry, I received my Real Estate license in 2010.  I decided to use my skills in management, accounting, and a broad understanding of local communities to become a successful Realtor.  

I am passionate about giving back to my community & the move to Real Estate was a natural fit.  I volunteered on the Board of Directors for the La Casa Orangewood Children & Family Center for over 10+ years.  I absolutely loved the interaction with the children & being able to make a positive contribution in their life.  

As a member of First Team, I have the support of some of the best resources in the industry including mass advertising for attracting buyers and sellers.  On an on-going basis I continue to train to enhance my knowledge of the latest real estate and financial trends.
