Martha Fernandez

Martha is a native Southern Californian with deep roots in Cuban culture. Born and raised in sunny SoCal, she was brought up with a strong sense of connection to her family’s Cuban heritage and native Spanish language. She is an experienced agent of over 23 years and a notary public. Prior to her real estate career, Martha worked in the legal field for over 20 years. Her legal experience coupled with her real estate expertise has given her an edge over the competition in understanding all facets of the industry and navigating the complex process of real estate.

Whether she is being called to represent a listing or simply fielding questions about the local real estate market, title transfer tax implications or probate, Martha is always available to speak with past, current, and prospective clients. Martha also has vast knowledge when it comes to probate, trust and conservatorship sales. She works together with Estate attorneys and Fiduciaries in assisting clients with the probate process which can be complex and overwhelming to clients.
