Emily Saenz

Emily Saenz has been in the Real Estate Industry for
over 23 years.

Prior to real estate, Emily was in the legal profession working as a paralegal in the field of Litigation. This gave her a keen experience of the legalities of contracts extensively used in Real Estate today.

In the beginning of her career, Emily was contracted with Doma Properties Inc., a boutique-style agency, to negotiate all Short Sale transactions and expedite all REO/Foreclosure transactions. In addition, she started managing property for a few office buildings, complexes, and independent homes and condominiums. 

Now, as a First Team Real Estate Agent, this experience best serves her Sellers, Homebuyers, Investors, and Families before, during and long after the sale.  

Her vast knowledge of the Southern California area brings an added element that’s hard to match. Emily has the experience and fortitude to make the process less stressful and more enjoyable than one might expect.

She is organized, patient, and her client’s strongest advocate. Her top priority is to provide an incomparable level of service regarding each transaction, from contract to closing.
