Maritza Williams

Maritza Williams came to United States from Trinidad and Tobago at the age of 3 in 1985. Being a Native of this 5,000 sqkm tropical island her family felt the need to aspire for the opportunities and expansion that the States had to offer. In 1986 her family settled in Lakewood California where she attended St. Pancratius Elementary and St. Anthony High School. 

In 1997 her family moved to Orange County to be closer to where her father’s employer at University Irvine. Also, where her mother taught at Harbor Trinity preschool in Costa Mesa. Maritza completed her Real Estate training in 2010 and worked at her first Real Estate Company as a Brokers assistant in San Clemente California. Here she learned property management, transaction coordinating and also business development as a Realtor. She closed her first sale in Laguna Nigel and has been doing sales and leasing transactions throughout Orange, Riverside and Los Angeles Counties.
