Jenni Armstrong

Jenni Armstrong is a full-time Realtor on The Presley Group with First Team Real Estate and Christie’s International. She has served clients in the real estate industry since 1999, beginning her career in property management and tenant relations. In 2005, she obtained her Real Estate Salesperson license and began working with investors on fixer-uppers, renovations, and house flipping opportunities. Today, Jenni primarily works with clients seeking to purchase or sell existing residential properties, new construction, and raw land deals.

While Jenni’s passion has always been real estate, she continued her education in other fields, earning a bachelor’s degree in sociology and psychology, and a master’s degree in management and organizational leadership. Throughout her career, she held positions in collegiate and corporate education, and she incorporates the skills and abilities acquired there into her real estate services. Clients will discover that Jenni is an excellent listener, communicator, and educator, explaining even the most complex real estate dilemma in an easy-to-understand manner. The rapport, trust, and loyalty she develops with those she works with keeps her repeat business and referrals high.

Jenni was born in Atlanta, GA where she met her husband, Jeff, in high school, and in 2006, they welcomed their triplets into the world. Beginning in 2010, the young family explored the U.S. as Jeff’s profession took them from Atlanta to Philadelphia to Los Angeles, and after spending a few years dreamily staring at Mt. Baldy from her living room window in the I.E., she encouraged her family to move closer to the water, landing firmly in Huntington Beach. Because she is an active mother to her high school triplets, you will find Jenni supporting her sons in their current sport of choice or cheering on her daughter as she dances across the stage.

Jenni’s unique life experiences and comforting brand of southern hospitality has molded her into a well-rounded and humble person who values and understands that every individual and situation is special and distinct. Living throughout the country, she developed the ability to quickly acclimate to various situations and to respectfully engage people from a variety of different backgrounds. Caring for and raising triplets nurtured and strengthened her, while 20+ years of marriage taught her patience, commitment, and negotiation skills. Ultimately, Jenni’s life has turned her into the accomplished Real Estate professional that she is today.
