Fred Carr

Hi, my name is Fred Carr. I am originally from the Bay Area. I live in Anaheim with my wife, son and our toy poodle Honey. I moved to southern california over a decade ago to attend college where I earned my BA and MS from Loyola Marymount University. My colleagues would say that I am attentive, easy to speak with and supportive. My friends and family would say that I am empathetic, dependable and easy going.

I first became interested in real estate while watching reruns of the tv show House Hunters with my wife. I was attracted to the idea of getting to know someone and helping them find a home they will enjoy. The emotion on TV when they finally close on a home is palpable to me. One of my mottos for life is “You could always try', and so I did. Shortly after, I began to look into real estate. I was a science teacher for years before moving into administration and then becoming a real estate agent.  During that time I learned how to work with and for people. Real estate agents provide a service that at its core, is a people first business.

I hope to engage clients who are looking for an agent that will consider the client’s wants and needs above their own. One of the best pieces of advice I ever received is that “you don’t know what you don’t know'. I love working with clients for this very reason. New and returning clients present an opportunity to positively affect the lives of their whole family. They also allow me a chance to explain the process and guide them through it. I am excited to sit down with clients to support them in accomplishing the incredible feat of purchasing or selling their home.
